In 2006 following the success of Rory’s #1 song, ‘Some Beach,’ they built a 70’ x 40’ barn to house mowers and tools and work on old cars. In 2011, Rory and Joey pushed everything out of the way and filmed a Christmas TV special in the barn. Soon they were filming a weekly TV series, “The Joey+Rory Show” and over time, the barn expanded to include a full stage, storage, camera and green rooms, bathrooms, and a lobby, along with a separate entrance and parking lot for personal intimate concerts and events that Rory and Joey held through the years.
